FLATLIFT® HYDRAULIC AUTO-TRIP LEG CONVERSION KITS

Flatlift auto-trip leg really comes into it's own in the more stoney and rocky areas of the country; dramatically saving downtime.
No shear bolts means no need to leave the cab – the pressurised system automatically re-sets the leg, when lifted out of the ground.

• Auto-trip heavy duty hydraulic ram, pressurised by a hydo-pneumatic accumulator allows the leg to trip back
• Unique ball joint ram design maintains the Flatlift legs' unique capacity to swivel – reducing side stress
• Auto-trip legs can be retro-fitted to existing machines or ordered as standard with new machines

Each conversion kit comes with full fitting instructions complete with weld-on brackets and all the necessary pipe work and fittings to convert your standard legs. Please ensure that the existing legs are in good condition as the lower ram bracket will need to be welded to these. Fitting the auto-trip conversion to an existing FLATLIFT® requires a minimum of 2 people, the ability to weld competently and sufficient experience to understand and follow instructions.
